My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle could have been better because sale service was brilliant until car was purchased then service from the staff went downhill and problems with the car from day of collection, car has been in their garage for nearly 2 weeks and still not fixed. Terrible service.

Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle were fantastic because when I asked about a certain aspect, pre visiting, I was sent a video to show fully what I was looking for, i.e. that the rear seats folded flat, and thus saved me any wasted trip to view the vehicle.
